With this document, Cà Vendalis, owner of the site cavendalis.com (hereinafter, “Site”), informs the interested party (User) that his/her personal data, relating to navigation within the Site itself, with direct access from the homepage or through subpages, will be treated with the utmost care and with tools designed to guarantee suitable security. It is specified that this information – compliant with the provisions of Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted via the links present therein.

1. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

1.1. Data deriving from the User's navigation

This data, through the normal functioning of the Site, is acquired and transmitted implicitly in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but, by its very nature, through processing with data held by third parties, it could allow Users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the User's IT environment.

The GDPR Regulation guarantees interested parties a series of rights over their personal data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, we inform you that the Law recognizes the rights to Users under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 and 82 of the GDPR (e.g. to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their data, the deletion of data processed in violation of the law, rectification, opposition for legitimate reasons to their use, etc.).

The Data Controller undertakes to provide feedback within 30 days and, in the event of impossibility to respect these deadlines, to justify any extension of the expected terms. The feedback will be free of charge except in cases of unfounded or excessive requests for which a fee may be charged not exceeding the costs actually incurred for the research carried out.
